We ship all orders via Delhivery, India's leading logistics network with coverage across 18,000+ pin codes.

Delivery timeline
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Deliveries happen Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Plant packaging
Every plant is individually wrapped in breathable tissue, secured with bio-packing material, and placed in a custom corrugated box. We do not use plastic foam. The packaging is designed to keep plants safe for up to 5 days in transit.
Tracking
A Delhivery tracking number is sent via email once your order is dispatched. You can track at delhivery.com/track.
Areas we do not serve
We currently do not ship to Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and select remote PIN codes not serviced by Delhivery. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you for a refund.
Delays
Extreme weather, strikes, or force majeure events may delay deliveries. We'll notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed. Our live-on-arrival guarantee still applies.
